Our " Training Center " trains professionals, prepares training for our products and also presents our research in the area in conceptual lectures.
The Sales and Sales Team prepares project offers / specifications and also works with applications and solutions for customers.
Customer Service provides customer service as well as technical support. It is dedicated to internal and external customers via phone and email.
Technical Assistance to Customers is dedicated and quick in requests for technical support, aiming at quality and guarantee.

In the Maintenance service we carry out preventive and corrective maintenance services for our optotypes, including our models already out of line. We work with original parts and guarantee the service performed for your total safety.
The " Aptive Measurement Center " is responsible for checking and issuing equipment verification and validation certificates, exclusively for Aptive equipment , ensuring its correct operation according to Anvisa RDC 16/2013 regulations . Our center uses equipment measured and certified by INMETRO and / or laboratories accredited by it.
